LeadHook.co partnered with Candido Collective, a wholesale analog film company supplying 200+ independent photography stores across the USA, UK, Europe and Asia, to automate their B2B sales pipeline. The result was a fully automated CRM system that eliminated hours of daily manual follow-up and allowed the founder to shift focus from admin to growth — ultimately expanding into two further automation projects.

The Problem

Manually tracking every store relationship, follow-up and regional pricing across multiple currencies — all from spreadsheets and memory. Past 200 stores across four continents, the manual workload became unsustainable. Critical follow-ups missed, no systematic way to nurture dormant stores back into active buyers. Previous Fiverr freelancers failed to deliver the quality or strategic depth needed.

Our Solution

LeadHook.co designed and built a comprehensive automated CRM and sales pipeline, powered by n8n workflow automations. The system handles the full store lifecycle: initial contact through to follow-up sequencing, and reactivation of dormant accounts. Region-based logic routes each store through the correct workflow, connecting them with their distributors, and rest-of-world stores engaged directly. Anti-spam timing, multi-currency handling, intelligent sequencing and highly personalised messaging using each store's own context — every store gets consistent, professional comms without manual intervention.

The Result

Hours of manual follow-up and spreadsheet management now run automatically in the background. Since launch, Candido has closed deals with major distributors across 7 regions — UK, USA, Canada, Spain, France, Italy and the Nordics. Every store now receives follow-up on a predictable schedule, and dormant stores are re-engaged after defined inactivity periods. Relationship has expanded into a second and third project.
